Rave dense et volumineuse, avec les radicelles groupées sous la boule (épluchage facile). Variété rustique, tolérante aux maladies. Le feuillage est plutôt étalé. La chair du celeri rave monarch est blanche d'excellente saveur (aromatique équilibrée, sans amertume) qui ne s'oxyde pas, à consommer crue ou cuite. Très bonne conservation en cave. Obtention Hild 2011.
