It is a cousin of cultivated arugula but it is perennial and with fragrant yellow flowers. It grows back quickly. It decompacts compacted soil. The leaves and flowers are harvested to deliciously flavor mixed salads. It can also be cooked (soup, accompanying vegetable). It is rich in vitamin C. It should not be consumed too much because it contains a sulphide heteroside. Be careful not to let too much reseed.
