Maïs super doux hâtif Damaun
Biodynamic selection of Sativa Rheinau in Switzerland for the Kultursaat association (2013) resulting from the biodynamic selection work of Friedemann Ebner and Amadeus Zschunke. In so-called super sweet varieties, of the SH2 type, the degradation of sugar into starch is markedly slowed down. The grains are very sweet and stay sweet longer with other popular varieties. Perfectly ripe: 95 days after sowing (minimum 85-95 days). Part of a set of three different earliness lines which, when sown at the same time, results in a harvest spread over 2-3 weeks.
