Traditional variety native to Russia, very hardy in the cold and with Cabbageworm (the caterpillar that eats the leaves) which is eaten all winter. The deeply lobed leaves are green, tinged with red-violet, especially after cold snaps. Their flavor is also improved by the gel which makes them more tender. At the same time tasty, decorative and original.
