HARICOT A RAME à écosser maïs (dit tarbais)
Late regional variety. Green pod with large white grain, flat, thin skin. Melting meat (for cassoulet with goose fat). Cultivated in Bigorre, corn served as its tutor at the end of the 19th century.
Sowing periods in May. Along with corn: 1 bean seed between 2 young corn plants sown a few weeks earlier.
